It is an enterprise software platform for financial intermediaries with a range of products, mutual funds being the predominant focus. The spirit of "compounding" is reflected in all parts of the platform that enables financial intermediaries (and their clients) to identify the right opportunities and grow their wealth.
Aditi Kothari Desai
Co Founder and Chairperson
Aditi is passionate about guiding investors and distributors and has over two decades of experience in the Asset Management industry having led several functions including sales, marketing and digital business. She is the Vice Chairperson of DSP Asset Managers Pvt Ltd. and also Heads Strategic Investments and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Aditi is a Trustee in the Hemendra Kothari Foundation as well as the Wildlife Conservation Trust and apart from being an Independent Director at Godrej Agrovet, she also serves on the Board of DASRA, a leading strategic philanthropy foundation. Aditi also serves on the Board of Harvard Business School - South Asia Advisory Board (SAAB). She is also an Advisory Council Member with the British Asian Trust. Aditi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Vineet Malhotra
Co Founder and CEO
Vineet is an experienced FinTech executive with demonstrated success in building digital products and scaling businesses across Asset Management and Banking in the US, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Vineet held leadership roles at BlackRock and HSBC in the US and Hong Kong where he developed a keen interest in digital transformation and automation using technology. More recently he led the Digital Business and Marketing at DSP Asset Managers Pvt. Ltd. He has interoperable skills covering finance and technology and has managed direct businesses for both institutional and retail clients. He is a strategic advisor at Berkeley Skydeck, a leading startup accelerator as well as a founding director of CAstartups.org, working closely with early stage startups on innovation. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
