What is this job about

We’re a fast-growing Fintech SaaS startup serving Financial Intermediaries & Wealth Advisors. Our product is gaining strong traction We need a full-stack Growth Marketer to build and scale our growth engine across activation, retention, brand, and funnel. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves systems thinking, experimentation, and end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Growth & Retention : -Build journeys for activation, usage, and renewals -Run nudges, campaigns, and user uplift programs
  • Brand & Content: -Drive always-on content across LinkedIn, email, and product updates -Create CE Labs episodes, testimonials, and thought leadership content
  • Sales Enablement & Funnel: -Build sales collateral, nurture journeys, and webinar/offline events -Support lead activation and shorten sales cycles
  • Onboarding & Activation: -Design a strong 30-day onboarding experience -Create welcome kits, micro-tutorials, and onboarding sessions
  • Special Projects: -Lead feature launches, partnerships, AMC/NFO campaigns -Drive high-impact growth experiments
  • SUCCESS PARAMETERS: 1>Higher activation, usage, and renewals 2>Strong brand presence and content cadence 3>Improved lead conversion and shorter sales cycles 4>Consistent execution of high-impact experiments

Key Skills

  • 3–6 years in growth/lifecycle/product marketing (SaaS/Fintech experience preferred)
  • Strong with funnels, journeys, analytics, and content
  • Creative storyteller with an analytical mindset
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable with fast-paced decision-making
  • This is a high interaction role so we prefer Mumbai based candidates (OR ready to relocate to Mumbai) who will work from office
